I'm a Chicago area based author, blogger, and freelance writer for magazines, newspapers, websites, health care centers, and businesses. I love to tackle new and interesting writing projects. I discovered my love for interviewing while I was working on my thesis for my Master's degree.
Before writing and while I was working toward my Master's, I worked in the healthcare industry as a manager, which sparked my fascination of health and fitness. I've also worked as a physician recruiter and as a promotion rep for a cardiovascular prevention program.
I have a Master's degree in Communication from Cleveland State University and a BA in International Studies with a Minor in French from Miami University of Ohio.
I started doing triathlons in 2008 with Together We Tri and got hooked. I love to swim, bike, and run, play golf, paddle tennis, ski and do it all with my family as much as I can.
